Steve Bannon escapes The Swamp
Now pumped up to go to war for President Trump
“If there’s any confusion out there, let me clear it up: I’m leaving the White House and going to war for Trump against his opponents — on Capitol Hill, in the media, and in corporate America,” Bannon told Bloomberg Businessweek’s Joshua Green.
Bannon “sounded like he’d just consumed 40 Red Bulls,” Green said.
“I will crush the opposition.”
In another interview with the Weekly Standard, Bannon said, “The Trump presidency that we fought for, and won, is over.”
“We still have a huge movement, and we will make something of this Trump presidency. But that presidency is over. It’ll be something else.”
The 63-year-old right-wing nationalist said he will continue the fight as head of Breitbart News.
“I feel jacked up,” he said. “Now I’m free. I’ve got my hands back on my weapons.”
He will use his media empire to fight the enemies of the Trump agenda.
“I am definitely going to crush the opposition. There’s no doubt. I built a f–king machine at Breitbart. And now I’m about to go back, knowing what I know, and we’re about to rev that machine up. And rev it up we will do.”
Bannon was ousted by Trump’s chief of staff
After Bannon was let go a Breitbart editor tweeted one word: ‘War.’
Breitbart’s White House correspondent tweeted: ‘And kids, that’s the day when Bannon the Barbarian was born.’
It was a Bannon’s Breitbart News that led the populist charge that got Trump elected president on a nationalist, anti-globalist agenda.
With the White House still reeling from last weekend’s nationalistic riot in Charlottesville, Chief of Staff John Kelly, a retired Marine general, said it was time for ‘economic nationalist’ Bannon to leave. His departure comes on the heels of Kelly firing Trump’s communications director Anthony (The Mooch) Scaramucci.
Trump sided with Kelly on the Bannon decision and left his golf club retreat in Bedminster, N.J. on Friday for Camp David in Maryland for talks with his generals on seeking a solution to the Afghanistan quagmire.
The Breibart website is now fully primed to wage war against the White House globalists and the renegades who seek to sabotage Trump’s ‘America First’ agenda — that would includes the president’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.
