Crawling skin and other maladies

“We were on a small stage and no matter where I walked, he followed me closely, staring at me, making faces. It was incredibly uncomfortable. He was literally breathing down my neck. My skin crawled,” Hillary Clinton says in her book ‘What Happened.’

Social media wanted to know if her husband’s sexual abuse of women over the years made her skin crawl. They concluded that it didn’t since she allowed it to go on year after year, and not only did she put up with it but covered for him and even threatened the female victims if they went public with it.


Others tweeted: Standing near Trump makes her skin crawl, but lying about the death of four brave Americans at Benghazi doesn’t make her skin crawl.


Clinton’s book continues: “Do you stay calm, keep smiling and carry on as if he weren’t repeatedly invading your space? Or do you turn, look him in the eye and say loudly and clearly: ‘Back up, you creep. Get away from me. I know you love to intimidate women but you can’t intimidate me.’”
