G-man wimps out, Clinton walks

Hillary Clinton would be in jail if former FBI director hadn’t chickened out

The first draft of fired FBI director James Comey’s statement of Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information in the potentially treasonous email case accused the former Secretary of State of “gross negligence” — which is punishable by imprisonment.

Comey’s early draft: “There is evidence to support a conclusion that Secretary Clinton, and others, used the email server in a manner that was grossly negligent with respect to the handling of classified information.”

But the tough language was changed in the final statement to the softer images-3”extremely careless” which carries no penalty.

And sure enough, when Comey announced in July 2016 there would be no charges against her, the egregiously guilty Clinton, once again in her life of criminality, skated free.

The only justice here is that despite keeping her out of jail, the email crime, among other grossly incompetent and unconscionable acts of malfeasance — like abandoning diplomats and staff in Benghazi to certain death — kept her out of the White House.

For which America is forever thankful.
